I have acquired a great deal of experience living independently. It is quite interesting to learn about students coming from different places. Of course, it was quite a challenge to live alone away from family, but the facilities and environment at Taylor’s really make my life easier. The patrolling of security guards is an added value and provides peace of mind.

Ruemz is a cosy place and gives a home-like feeling. The room was spacious enough for me to study or enjoy a meal. I also got to use the facilities in U Residence. The Common Kitchen makes up for the lack of a kitchenette in my room. The U Lounge was a convenient area for residents to enjoy with friends or do assignments and group projects.

My stay at Taylor’s has been one of my best experiences in college so far. I haven’t faced any hardships because everyone turned out to be so friendly and generous to me. Living independently in the U Residence hasn’t been that bad because whenever I fall homesick, my friends and roommates are always there to carry out and make me feel like home. I was expecting the school gym and pool to be free of charges but instead they were so pricy. Otherwise being in Taylor’s has been a wonderful experience.

Good location, neat interior, friendly staff. As an international student, I think U Residence is a good place for students to stay. It is ideal for me because I usually stay back at the studio to make models and presentation boards. I save time and money on transportation.

I stayed in U Residence for 2 years since November 2018. I found the hostel safe and the management was very friendly. The items given (furniture, miscellaneous equipment) were of good quality. It was quiet and peaceful. During festive seasons, there were movies and it helped us to have time together as students and we were able to meet more residents.
